Ancillary investment services (operations)
- Acceptance and execution of clients' orders for transactions with securities or derivative financial instruments;
- portfolio management of individual investors;
- providing investment advice;
- placement and underwriting of securities without obligations;
- placement and underwriting of securities with an obligation;
- carrying out operations with securities or derivative financial instruments at their own expense as a member of the central depository and stock exchange;
- margin trading.
Auxillary investment services (operations)
- managing the client's securities accounts, as well as carrying out transactions related to the loading of securities or derivative financial instruments with liabilities;
- lending to investors in the form of loans or other forms to conclude transactions with securities or derivative financial instruments;
- conducting investment research and financial analysis related to securities or financial derivatives;
- introduction of the service of a pledge manager for secured bonds;
- currency exchange associated with the implementation of basic investment services (operations).
