Abdullaev Zahir Dunyamali oglu graduated from Rostov-on-Don (Russia) State University with a bachelor's and master's degree. For his long career he worked for a long time (1989-2008) in the system of public administration, including in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and for 2010-2020 years in the management positions in banking sector. Working in the civil service, he took an active part in the creation of the Information Management System of the State Treasury (TIMS) in Azerbaijan and made contributions to the country's economic reform. Since August 2020, he has been the Director of "MFX Trading Investment Company" OJSC. | |||||||
